Wireless magnetic contact for the CarPro‑Tec.
Stick it on, and when the system is armed, opening the monitored door or hatch sets off the alarm.
In addition to the air volume sensor of the CarPro-Tec, the door and window contact monitors individual openings. The transmitter and magnet are stuck on, no more than 20 mm apart. If the opening is opened while the system is armed, the CarPro-Tec raises the alarm.
This lets you protect areas that are separate from the interior, such as outside storage lockers, the rear garage or the gas locker.
When the battery runs low, the LED on the contact flashes every 10 seconds. Aluminium or steel frames can interfere with the radio signal. For those, use the Door and Window Contact Plus.
