Wireless PIR motion detector with about 110° coverage and 9 m range.
It adds to the air volume sensor of the CarPro‑Tec and can be switched off at any time.
The PIR motion detector detects movement inside the vehicle and reports it by radio to the CarPro-Tec. Together with the air volume sensor of the control unit, two independent sensors watch the interior.
When you are inside the vehicle, simply switch the motion detector off, even while the CarPro-Tec is armed. A power-saving mode lets it trigger at most once per minute. The four AAA batteries last about 12 months.
The ball joint mount lets you point the detector exactly at the area it should watch.
