CarPro‑Tec Logistics

CarPro-Tec Logistics combines burglary and theft protection with GPS tracking, sensor monitoring and climate records. It is designed for freight forwarders, transport companies and fleets.

The device is barely larger than a smartphone and ready to use without a workshop, wiring or conversion. It attaches with hook-and-loop pads and moves quickly between vehicles, trailers and containers.

What it monitors

• Doors and loading hatches being opened, via the air volume sensor
• Movement in the cargo area
• Temperature, humidity and light
• Carbon monoxide
• Position, speed and geofences

Each sensor can be switched on individually and given its own limits. If a limit is breached or an alarm is triggered, you receive a notification on your smartphone or tablet. Depending on the setting, the alarm is silent or loud.

Records for refrigerated transport

Temperature and humidity are logged continuously, shown as charts and can be exported by email, for example as proof for refrigerated, food or pharmaceutical transport. The app replays trips as an animated route. On request, your customers can follow the position of their delivery live using an ID.

Expandable

Optionally add wireless magnetic contacts for the cab doors, a 4G camera to watch loading and unloading, wireless smoke detectors, diesel tank monitoring or other wireless sensors. New functions arrive as wireless updates. If the vehicle power is cut, the battery keeps the system running for up to 14 days, and it charges from any USB power adapter.
